Who We Are

Riad & Routes was born from a simple observation: most luxury travel to Morocco is designed by people who do not live here. The itineraries are assembled from a distance, the recommendations borrowed from guidebooks, the relationships transactional.

We wanted to offer something different. A Morocco travel advisor who knows which riad just finished its renovation. Who ate at the restaurant last Tuesday. Who can call a guide in the Atlas and arrange a private trek for tomorrow morning — because they have known each other for years, not because they found each other on a booking platform.

We are a small, founder-led concierge based in Marrakech. Every inquiry is read by a founder. Every itinerary is designed personally. We do not scale beyond our ability to deliver something we are proud of.

That is the promise. It is also the constraint — and we believe it is what makes us worth choosing.

We live in Marrakech. Our team is on the ground year-round. The restaurants we recommend, we eat at. The riads we book, we have stayed in. The guides we use, we trust personally.

There are no pre-built itineraries here. Every journey is designed from scratch around the traveler — their pace, their interests, their definition of luxury.

Relationships Over Transactions
Our network is built on relationships that predate the business. Artisans, hoteliers, chefs, guides — these are not vendors. They are people we know and respect.

Quality Over Volume
We accept a limited number of bookings each month. This is intentional. We would rather design fewer journeys at an exceptional standard than many at a merely good one.

Present During Your Stay
Our involvement does not end when you land. We are reachable throughout your stay — on WhatsApp, by phone, in person if needed. If something changes, we adapt in real time.
